Ingredients
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1½ cups quick oats
¾ cup granulated sugar
½ cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
½ cup candy-coated chocolates (like M&Ms)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Combine Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine peanut butter, oats, and granulated sugar into a uniform dough.
Fold in Mix-ins: Gently mix in chocolate chips and candy-coated chocolates, distributing evenly throughout the dough.
Shape Cookies: Scoop dough into balls (about 2 tablespoons each). Place balls on the baking sheets approximately 2 inches apart, then slightly flatten each cookie with your palm.
Bake: Place cookies in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden. The centers should look slightly soft.
Cool: Remove from oven and let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes. Transfer them gently to a wire rack to cool completely.
