  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 12 sliders 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls (or soft slider buns)

  • 1 lb sliced roast beef

  • 68 slices provolone or Swiss cheese

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise or horseradish sauce (optional)

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds or everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish or line with foil.

  • Slice the entire sheet of rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom half in the baking dish.

  • Evenly layer the roast beef over the buns, followed by the cheese.

  • Spread mayo or horseradish on the underside of the top half of the rolls (optional), then place on top.

  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire, garlic powder, and onion powder.

  • Brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.

  • Sprinkle with poppy seeds or everything seasoning.

  • Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 5–7 minutes until golden brown.

  • Let cool slightly before slicing and serving warm.

Notes

  • Substitute cheese to your preference: cheddar, mozzarella, or pepper jack for a kick.

  • For extra flavor, add caramelized onions or sautéed mushrooms inside.

  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat covered in the oven at 300°F.

  • Can be assembled ahead and baked just before serving.
