- 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder
Instructions
- Blend the Base: In a blender, combine vanilla ice cream (or banana for the healthy version) and milk. Blend until smooth.
- Add Flavor & Color: Add peppermint extract and green food coloring, then blend again.
- Customize Your Shake: Choose your variation:
- Chocolate: Add chocolate syrup and blend.
- Healthy: Use frozen bananas instead of ice cream.
- Cookies & Cream: Add crushed Oreos and blend.
- Protein-Packed: Add protein powder and blend.
- Adjust Consistency: If the shake is too thick, add a little more milk. If it’s too thin, add more ice cream.
- Serve & Garnish: Pour into a glass, top with whipped cream, and garnish with a cherry or mint leaf. Enjoy!
